A typical Majorcan country house on the outskirts of the village of Son Servera (aprox. 2 km away) on the east coast of Majorca. The plot has a surface area of 7.000 m2 and is situated at the top of a hill, offering a clear view out to sea. Through fields of almond-trees, valleys and green hills you also have a view of the village of Artá. It is 15 minutes in car from the beach and 10 minutes from the nearest golf course. Access to the house is gained through a tarmac roadway. It is south-east orientated, looking out to sea. In this valley known as S’Estepar, there are other houses that we have built. This house is almost finished. It is in typical Majorcan style and offers standard European installations. The façade is covered in stone and consequently the exterior walls are more than 40 cm. thick.
