Typical Majorcan country house on the outskirts of the village of Son Servera (approx. 5 km away) on the east coast of Majorca. 

Built in typical Majorcan style and offering standard European installations, on a rural area of 14.000 m2 of dry land inhabited by almonds, fig and carob trees. Façades combined with stone facing, reaching the exteriors walls 40 cm. thick.
