CONDITIONS:
- Choose the apartment you like best. ( If you choose a show flat with fitted kitchen, the deposit is 2000€ more and the rental price is 100€ more)
- We draw up a 2 year rent-to-buy contract.
- The deposit for the apartments is between € 3.000,- and € 18.000,-
- All light, gas, water consumption and water rates as well as community charges will be paid by you.
The deposits & monthly rentals are as follows:
Apartments ATALAYA PLAYA – Cala Millor (1 bedroom apt.)
Deposit € 3.000,- & monthly rental: € 500,-
Apartments OPERA – Cala Millor ( 1 or 2 bedrooms)
Deposit € 8.000,- & monthly rental: € 800,-
Apartments ZAFIRO – Cala Millor (2 & 3 bedrooms)
Deposit € 12.000, - & monthly rental
Ground floor, 1st & 2nd Floor = € 1.000,- / 3rd . Floor (Penthouse) € 1.100,-
After 1 year if you decide to buy, 70% of the total you have paid in rent to date will be deducted from the asking price. After 2 years we will deduct 50% of what you have paid in rent from the asking price.
If the contract is cancelled, we will return 50% deposit paid.
